A Week Filled with Adventures

After a wonderful day at the Cape Ann Museum learning about the artist, Fitz Henry Lane, we worked on our "sky" set for our Friday presentation. We spent the next day at the Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center rehearsing our songs and went for a sail aboard the Schooner Adventure where we rehearsed some more. We had one day left to fine-tune our songs and skits for our show for our families and friends - a wonderful week of Music & More!

Cape Ann Arts Alive! aboard the Schooner Adventure

This year's program is about vessels that ply the waters around Cape Ann.

Today we went for a sail on the Schooner Adventure! What a treat. The crew was very helpful in explaining the terms used in describing the parts of the boat and the different tasks that were preformed.
